Instructions
Separate eggs.
Beat soft butter, salt, almond flour and egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until hard peaks form.
Fold egg whites in with the batter.
Pour mixture into a mold.
Bake on the middle rack of a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until the top gets golden brown.
Take it out and put almond bread onto a cooling rack to cool down.
