Ingredients

  • 14oz / 400g Almond flour
  • 10 tablespoon / 150g Butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoon Sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 2 oz / 40g Chocolate chips

How to make Keto shortbread cookies
