Welcome to the Summer Shape-Up Challenge! This is a 4 week program to help shed those extra winter pounds just in time for the summer months. As beach season approaches, the goal of this program is to boost our confidence to feel our best for all those sun-soaked adventures. Let’s get ready to embrace the summer together!

  • Warm-up & Cool-down
    Don’t forget to warm up before each workout and cool down afterwards. There are dedicated videos included in the playlist for this purpose.
  • Consistency is Key
    While it’s okay to miss a day occasionally, stay consistent with the program for the entire 4 weeks.
  • Move Throughout the Day
    Look for opportunities to add more movement to the daily routine. Take the stairs, walk or bike instead of driving short distances whenever possible.
